You receive an email with the details straight after booking. If something comes up, simply reply to it.

The conversation
Online or in person, 45 minutes. Bring the floor plan if you have one, and your questions — we handle the rest.

A written proposal
After the conversation you receive a schedule and pricing tailored to your project, in writing. With no commitment.
