Design is a shared, immersive creative process that cannot — and should not — be rushed. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, the full design process, from the first conversation to the handover of the final, millimetre-precise technical drawings, takes 6–12 weeks on average. It is worth contacting us months before the planned construction or handover date, so you never have to decide under pressure or settle for compromises.

We are responsible for the creative vision and the engineering precision — we do not knock down the walls ourselves. At the end of our work together, you receive a complete, bulletproof set of design documentation (the “map of the realisation”) and detailed procurement lists. With this comprehensive package, your chosen contractors can build the space you envisioned without guesswork or vague talk. And of course, if the tradespeople need to consult along the way, we remain available in the form of design consultations.

Since we begin the design with a very thorough, in-depth conversation and a precise assessment of your needs, it rarely happens that we miss the mark entirely.
