Yes. The first conversation is online, and everything that matters is recorded in drawings, visualisations and written documentation rather than in verbal agreements on site. We answer contractors’ questions in writing, backed by the plans; on request we also take on coordinating the realisation, under a separate agreement.
Ideally while the important spatial, mechanical and furnishing decisions can still be shaped. If the property is already finished or lived in, we can still help — we simply start from the givens.
The exact duration depends on the size of the project and the depth of documentation. We can suggest a realistic schedule after the first conversation.
If you have them: a floor plan, photos, inspiration and the likely timing of the project. If not all of it is available yet, that is not an obstacle either.
